Who we are
Vansh Marketing is a digital marketing agency based in Mumbai, India. We help businesses grow through SEO, social media, performance ads, content, design, video, AI tools, website development and more.
Our services
We offer a range of digital marketing and creative services. The exact work, timeline and cost for your project will be agreed between us before we begin. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
No guarantee of results
We put in our best effort on every project, but digital marketing does not come with guaranteed results.
We do not promise specific rankings, follower counts, leads, sales or return on ad spend. Results depend on many factors outside our control: algorithm changes, market conditions, competition, your product, your website and more.
Any numbers, case studies or examples we share are from past work under specific conditions. They are not a promise of the same for your business.
Payments
Payment terms will be agreed before we start any work. We typically ask for advance payment before beginning. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
If payment is delayed or not received, we may pause or stop work until it is settled.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on work that has already been done or is in progress. Time, effort and resources go in from day one, and that cannot be returned.
If you cancel a project midway, you still owe for whatever work was completed up to that point.
Ad spend
If we run paid ads for you (Meta, Google and others), your advertising budget is separate from our fee. That money goes directly to the platform and is not refundable by us. We will manage it with care, but results are not guaranteed.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Giving us accurate information about your business
- Making sure any content, images or material you send us is legally yours to use
- Responding to us on time; delays on your end affect delivery timelines
- Not using our services for anything illegal or misleading
Ownership of work
Once you have paid in full, the final deliverables we created specifically for you (posts, videos, designs, website and so on) belong to you.
Until full payment is received, we retain ownership and may withhold files.
We keep the right to show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise before the project starts.
Our internal tools, workflows, templates and processes remain ours; they are not handed over as part of any project.
Subcontracting
We may use trusted third-party professionals to help deliver certain services. We remain responsible for the quality of everything we hand over to you.
Confidentiality
Whatever you share with us about your business stays with us. We will not share it with anyone outside the team working on your project. We expect the same from you regarding anything we share.
Our liability
If something goes wrong, our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost business, lost profits or lost data.
Third-party platforms
We often work on platforms like Google, Meta, Instagram and others. We have no control over their policies, algorithms or decisions. If they suspend your account or change how things work, that is beyond our control and is not grounds for a refund.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on our website. Continuing to use our services means you accept any updates.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
